The Management Committee of BDO in Peru (hereinafter BDO) is committed to complying with current Legal Regulations, for which it has established this Anti-Corruption Policy of Corporate applicability, with the purpose of rejecting Bribery crimes in its modalities of Generic, Transnational and Specific Active Bribery, Collusion, Influence Peddling, Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism provided for in Law 30424 Article 1 and its amendments.
